Apple Event 2023 confirms release of Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Resident Evil 4, and Death Stranding Directors Cut on iPhone 15 Pro

A huge mobile gaming experience coming!

The Apple Event 2023 marked a spectacular introduction of the highly anticipated iPhone 15 series of mobile devices, sparking immense excitement among fans. Yet, what truly astonished everyone was the inclusion of blockbuster AAA games like Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Resident Evil 4, and Death Stranding Director’s Cut on the iPhone 15 Pro, elevating the mobile gaming experience to the next level.

The performances of the AAA games will be powered by the A17 Pro chip

Players might be familiar with the games announced. Resident Evil 4 is a highly praised survival horror game renowned for its gripping and immersive gameplay. Although it initially debuted in 2005, it received a remastered release in March 2023. This will come along with the Resident Evil Village title. Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which serves as a successor to Valhalla, is set to arrive this October across multiple platforms.

Death Stranding Director’s Cut, on the other hand, is an upgraded iteration of the original Death Stranding game, crafted by the acclaimed game designer Hideo Kojima set in an open-world environment. Considering how big these games are and played on Console/PC, their arrival on the iPhone 15 Pro signifies a significant opportunity for players to elevate mobile gaming experiences.

So, the question arises, how are these experiences made possible on mobile? The answer is A17 Pro chip. The A17 Pro chip comes with improved performance and efficiency enabling high quality graphics using much less power.

Regarding the release schedule, Resident Evil Village, Resident Evil 4, and Death Stranding are slated to arrive on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max later this year. In contrast, Assassin’s Creed Mirage is expected to make its debut in the first half of 2024 given the game is yet to arrive on Console.
