Genshin Impact Lynette guide: Breakdown of Lynette’s constellations

C1: A Cold Blade Like a Shadow

This constellation gives Lynette a suction ability that is lacking in her base kit. The pulling strength is nowhere near as powerful as Venti/Kazuha/Sucrose but it works against small/light enemies.

C2: Endless Mysteries

This constellation makes her burst fire off two (instead of one) shots of the absorbed element. This gives her the ability to apply elements more often.

C3: Cognition-Inverting Gaze

Additional three levels to her burst are welcome since this is one of the only ways she can deal with DMG.

C4: Tacit Coordination

An additional charge for her skill is useful for both energy generation and crowd control.

C5: Obscuring Ambiguity

Additional three levels to her skill are welcome, in conjunction with C4 she can frontload a decent amount of DMG while generating energy for her burst.

C6: Watchful Eye

This constellation potentially changes her playstyle from being an off-field enabler to an on-field driver like Sucrose. Although, this playstyle is completely optional. The infusion lasts for 6s after using her skill, and thanks to her C4 she can use her skill again to refresh the duration of this infusion. This constellation allows Lynette to be used in teams where Sucrose is used.

Final Thoughts

Lynette’s constellations give her several utilities. C1, C4, and C6 are the most impactful in this regard. She is quite underwhelming at C0 since her base kit lacks any grouping ability, but C1 addresses that issue. If you intend to play her, then at least aim for C1. C4 is a great stopping point. C6 is absolutely necessary for an on-field driver playstyle. But keep in mind, even at C6, Lynette will be worse than C0 Sucrose.
